House rules

Dear holiday guests!

Our vacation apartment is intended to be a home away from home. You should feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to ensure a pleasant stay. We have also listed a few rules, which we ask for your understanding. Careful handling of the apartment will enable us to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodations.

Generally

If something is missing from the apartment or you need assistance, please contact us. All items located in or belonging to the apartment/house or on the balcony or terrace may be used by guests. Please handle all furnishings and furnishings with care and treat the rental property with respect. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.

Allergy-friendly facilities

The house is allergy-friendly (oak floors in 4 bedrooms, 2 wool carpets, allergy-friendly bedding, 1 pine bed, 2 rattan beds, 2 solid wood beds). We use ecological cleaning products and soaps.

Kitchen

Please treat kitchen appliances and technical devices with care. Since no one likes a dirty kitchen, please only store dishes, pots, and cutlery in the cupboards when clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on tables or countertops without trivets. Always use a cutting board when cutting food. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.

Damage

Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone. We appreciate it if you report any damage to us so we don't have to wait until after your departure to discover it during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage up to the replacement cost. To prevent mold growth, we ask that you ventilate the rooms thoroughly for 5–10 minutes at least once a day, especially after showering.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives adhere to the rental conditions. The front door must always be closed and locked upon leaving the house. All (roof) windows must also be closed and awnings retracted to prevent possible damage from storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources must be used sparingly. Waste is disposed of separately according to residual waste, glass, paper, and packaging (plastic, Styrofoam, tin cans) with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please only use trash cans and cosmetic bins with trash bags in the bathroom and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins, or showers! Avoid anything that could clog the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet).

Should an accident occur (extreme dirt, spills on the floor or countertops, etc.), we ask that you clean it up immediately. We invite you to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure and put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Quiet times

In the interest of good neighborliness, we ask you to respect public quiet hours, such as lunchtime, nighttime, and Sunday quiet hours. Quiet hours must also be observed in the holiday apartment itself between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Internet/Wi-Fi

Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the apartment/holiday home. The access code is provided in the apartment. Internet access with your Wi-Fi-enabled device (laptop, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the tenant. Internet use is at your own risk; the landlord disclaims any liability regarding the tenant's internet usage. When using the Wi-Fi internet access, the Wi-Fi usage rules must also be observed. However, please understand that we (must) require your signature to protect ourselves against misuse.

smokers

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of €250. Please leave the apartment/house if smoking.

Pets are not allowed

Pets are not permitted. Violations of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of €250.

Parking

You can park directly on the street in front of the holiday apartment/holiday home; additional public parking spaces are available nearby. If a parking space is provided to you, this does not constitute a safekeeping contract. The landlord is not liable for the loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property, including their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. House rules: If immediate repairs are required, the landlord may be required to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge.

Key

If you receive a key along with the Nuki code, please do not give it to anyone. Lost keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is responsible for the replacement costs. Commercial photography/videography/illegal activities are not permitted.
